Muttpuppet Review

I gave “Abby the Destroyer” the Original Muttpuppet to try out last night. I use her for toy tests because she pretty much has destroyed every plush toy she’s been given. I’m sure I’m not the only one with a plush toy destroyer in the house.
The Original Muttpuppet has a treat pocket on the back that comes with a pressed rawhide. It’s tucked in that pocket pretty well, so it takes some work and ripping of the toy to get it out.
For a dog like Abby, this isn’t the most ideal situation, because she will stop at nothing to get the rawhide out, and did. She had the end of the pocket ripped open and the rawhide removed in about 20 minutes.

That being said, I would like to stress a few things about this, and any toy. If your dog is like my dog, I don’t think any amount of reinforced stitching or plush toy ‘o steel is going to keep your dog from tearing it to pieces.

HOWEVER… What I LOVE about this toy is the fact that there is NO STUFFING. This makes it extremely safe for your pet and great for you because you wont be running through the house cleaning up stuffing.
If you have a dog that isn’t as rough with their toys, this is a great toy.
My foster pup Blue loves it and runs through the house with it.

They make 2 sizes of the Muttpuppet and a double toy connected with a rope called Muttnuts. We sell all three at Fetch.
